As Retail Manager of Winchester Student Union, I manage the running of the on-campus stores. After the refit of our two stores, I investigated refrigeration repairs and servicing, and out of the several contractors who responded back, I found Carlton Services to provide the most reasonable service at the budgeted price. We have now renewed our contract with Carlton to include the maintenance of our three bars. Our equipment is serviced twice a year and their call out response has been within 24 hours.
