Description
At the peak of the Sammic range of pass through dishwashers sit the SUPRA range. With it’s double skinned hood for better thermal and acoustic insulation the S-100 and has a 2.5kW wash tank and 7.5kW rinse tank.
The standard S-100 is a gravity drain machine with a 400mm glass height and 3 washing cycles of 60 / 120 & 180 seconds.
The high performance electronic control panel has rinse and temperature display as standard and the thermal cycle delay which is supplied as standard ensures that a minimum temperature if 85’c is achieved during each rinse cycle.
The unit can also be supplied with a fitted drain pump and constant rinse temperature system if required as well as an optional steam condensing unit with heat recovery system reducing energy cost by up to 30%.
