Planned Preventative Maintenance
Many customers choose Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as a proactive approach to minimise the risk of refrigeration and air conditioning system breakdowns. Without regular checks, continuously running equipment is more likely to experience issues over time, leading to potential stock losses, high repair bills, and lost revenue. For instance, a blocked condenser forces the compressor to work much harder, accelerating wear and tear and increasing energy costs. Scheduling even a single PPM visit each year can significantly reduce the likelihood of equipment failure, keeping your systems efficient and reliable.
Maintenance Contracts
Our team of engineers conduct visits to your site, performing a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of your equipment. During each visit, they identify any issues and recommend replacement parts if needed, ensuring your system stays in optimal condition.
Our Process
Our air conditioning maintenance starts with an on-site meeting, where we walk around the property with you and put together a list of all your equipment. We then provide a quote for either a 6-month or 12-month maintenance plan. Once you approve the plan, we schedule our engineers to carry out the work. If any parts or repairs are needed, we send you a quote for these shortly after the visit, making sure your system stays in top shape.
